One of the largest benefits of shopping used is the sheer amount of choices buyers have. However, that can be overwhelming if you don’t even know what some good options are. If you don’t want to slog through ad after ad looking for the best used cars, we’ve gone ahead and compiled some nameplates that have made their way onto Consumer Reports’ list of Best Used Cars for Under $25,000.
- Ford Focus: Typically less than $10k, the Focus offers an interior that feels more upscale and it will make you feel like you’re driving something a little more sporty.
- Hyundai Sonata: Hyundai is known for offering great cars for a fraction of the price. Consumer Reports says that the Sonata is an accommodating alternative to some of its pricey competitors.
- Infiniti G: A luxury convertible on this list? That’s right! Luxury vehicles are a surprising prevalent in used car markets, as you can find them with similar prices to other cars as they depreciate faster.
- Toyota Highlander: Reliable, available third-row seat, and available hybrid version. What’s not to love about the Toyota Highlander?
There are plenty of other great used cars we could have put on this list, but this is just a sample of some of the great options offered. If you’re interested in buying, give us at Crawford Buick GMC a call. When it comes to used cars, we have more than just GM products, so we’d be happy to help.

Forget the trailering of the 2016 Sierra’s predecessors. The 2016 GMC Sierra is here with trailering enhancements that will have you at your top towing game.
Newly available features on the Sierra’s trailering system include a gooseneck/fifth-wheel trailering prep package and a trailering camera system with built-in technologies.
You’ll have the gooseneck/fifth-wheel trailering prep package on the Sierra Heavy Duty models. This fifth-wheel package strengthens towing capabilities and allows you to tow even larger trailers than before.
You can get the trailering camera system for the Sierra 1500 and all HD models. This system was developed by Echomaster and reduces blind spots when you’re driving on the highway or reversing with a trailer.
“GMC’s reputation was forged on the ability to perform heavy work with a premium touch, and these new options do more to make that work comfortable and confident,” said Stuart Pierce, Sierra Marketing Manager.
Having these technologies not only makes the 2016 Sierra stronger than ever, but more capable, too. With these updates, you’ll be able to tow anything easier and with more peace of mind. Ask Crawford Buick GMC about these features when you pay us a visit!
We at Crawford Buick GMC are huge fans of the Buick Encore. In fact, everyone seems to be a fan of it, as it is one of our most sought-after vehicles. It debuted in 2013 and has been a popular choice ever since.
This year is an exciting time for the Encore, as it has finally gotten a makeover! Featuring Buick’s new tricolor insignia, the new Encore has a more refined look than the previous model. It now has a new front grille, altered headlights, and an updated infotainment system.
The new 8-inch infotainment system now offers options such as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. There are also better navigation systems and connectivity to more safely use your phone while driving.
The new 2017 Buick Encore debuted at the New York International Auto Show and was an instant success. The Encore will go on sale later this year, and is one of three subcompact crossovers offered by Buick. There is also the Enclave and the brand new Envision compact crossover.
