Earlier this month, General Motors launched a new program for fleet customers designed to provide small to midsize businesses with the best sales and service experience in the industry. The Business Elite program is geared toward business customers with one to one hundred commercial vehicles. Business Elite offers key benefits to businesses from the time the customer arrives at the dealership through the life of the vehicles they purchase. These benefits include priority service, priority hours, round-the-clock towing, work-ready loaner vehicles, business financing and leasing options, and business vehicle remarketing and zero hassle disposal.
“We continue to raise the bar and improve our customer experience to ensure that we are the preferred vehicle partner for commercial customers,” said Ed Peper, U.S. vice president of Fleet and Commercials Sales for GM. “GM saw a 37 percent increase in sales to small business in January so we think businesses that weathered the economic downturn will be able to refresh their fleets and take advantage of all the benefits our new programs offer.”
