Kelley Blue Book determines the winners of the Brand Image Awards based on data from customers who participate in KBB’s Strategic Insights’ Brand Watch study, which surveys more than 12,000 customers through the website. The study determines what factors make customers pick certain brands or vehicles, as well as what determines brand familiarity and loyalty.
GMC has received this award three years in a row, repeatedly receiving praise for its refined design and features while maintaining rugged performance and image. The luxury Denali badging is a big part of GMC’s win, which offers luxury without compromising GMC’s image.
In 2015, nearly a quarter of GMC sales were Denali vehicles, with the sub-brand alone outselling numerous luxury automakers. Since its introduction in 1999, more than 850,000 Denali vehicles have been sold in the US.
Hennessey is at it again. The Texas-based performance engineering company known for packing insane amounts of horsepower into already-powerful cars, has created a 2015 Hennessey Supercharged GMC Denali that packs a serious punch.
Hennessey doesn’t discriminate, and has proven that even SUVs can get in on the horsepower war. Hennessey took a 2015 Yukon Denali equipped with a 6 viagra ordonnance.2-liter V8 and the HPE650 Supercharged Upgrade package, and added a 2.9-liter supercharger system. The supercharger system boosts the Denali’s already-powerful 420 horsepower engine to put out a ridiculous yet awesome 665 hp and 658 lb-ft of torque.
So what does all this power come down to? A Denali that can go from 0 to 60 in a measly 4.5 seconds, that’s what. That’s as fast as a 2014 Ford Mustang GT—an impressive feat to be sure. The Denali weighs 5,800 pounds, and isn’t exactly aerodynamic, if you know what we mean. Despite those logistics, the test driver in a video on digitaltrends.com launches the Denali from the start line and completes a quarter mile in just 13.1 seconds.
We think Digital Trends put it best when they called the supercharged Denali a 13-second quarter-mile mom-mobile. This Denali would certainly make school pick-up duty a bit more exciting.
Stop by Crawford Buick GMC to check out the powerful Denali. Though it might not be the supercharged version, we think you’ll be impressed at just how much power it packs.
The Yukon Denali has long been one of the most impressive luxury vehicles in the full-size SUV segment, and it continues to get more and more advanced with every passing model year. Of course, you’d worry that all those updates would be pushing the price of the Yukon vastly upward, but that’s actually not the case. Despite another batch of awesome upgrades, the updated Yukon Denali price saw a bump of just $1,300 dollars.
When you take into consideration all the cool stuff the updated Yukon Denali comes with, that number becomes even more impressive. The new Yukon Denali comes with an all-new 8L90 eight-speed transmission, a 6.2-liter Ecotec3 V8 engine, OnStar Wi-Fi capability, and more. That all-new powertrain lineup also gets you 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque, and it’s even more efficient now with 22 mpg highway rating.

All-new exterior and interior designs of Yukon and Yukon XL are crafted to be both beautiful and functional. The 2015 Yukon will also feature the new EcoTec3 engine family that is expected to deliver the best V-8 fuel economy for this segment.
“We’ve engineered the Yukon and Yukon XL from the ground up, building on a strong legacy of capability to take them to the top of the segment with exceptional refinement and purposeful technology,” said Tony DiSalle, vice president of GMC marketing. “And when it comes to tasks people rely on a full-size SUV for, they do it better than ever – and with more style.”

Beginning with the 2011 model year, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) changed its New Car Assessment Program to include new requirements for vehicles to pass into order to receive the highest possible five-star overall safety rating. Since this new rating system was implemented, no pickup truck has ever attained this five-star score…until now. The all-new 2014 GMC Sierra and Sierra Denali (along with their Chevy Silverado cousin) are the first pickup trucks to receive a five-star Overall Vehicle Score for safety from the NHTSA.
Redesigned inside and out for the 2014 model year, the GMC Sierra mixes rugged styling cues with proven power and dependability. The advanced technologies and tech specs on the 2014 Sierra make it the best Sierra yet. Standard safety features on the base model include daytime running lights, StabiliTrak stability control system, tire pressure monitoring system, 4-wheel antilock disc brakes, and dual-stage frontal and seat mounted air bags for driver and passenger. Additional available safety features include a rear vision camera, lane departure warning, forward collision alert, and safety alert seats that vibrate pulses to warn the driver of potential traffic danger.
“Safety is as important to truck buyers as it is to car buyers,” said Gay Kent, GM general director of Vehicle Safety and Crashworthiness. “Silverado and Sierra set a benchmark for pickup truck safety by offering a full array of advanced features designed to protect occupants before, during, and after a collision.”

Sure, with several decades of brawn and strength backing it up, you’ve come to expect a lot from the GMC Sierra pickup. But just how strong is the 2013 Sierra 1500’s steel frame? In a new TV spot, Sierra was put to the test as four mooring winches pulled the truck in all directions a total of 46 times. After withstanding such abuse, the 2013 Sierra Denali used for the spot drove away unscathed.
“We considered countless tasks and conditions where our trucks would head to work when developing the Sierra’s frame, but to be honest, this challenge caught us by surprise,” said Rick Jayroe, engineering group manager for chassis structure and body mounts. “Not only would this test the four mounting points, but only a very strong frame will stay perfectly straight hanging in the air with the weight of the body, powertrain and interior components on it. The Sierra handled it with ease.”
