If you’re anything like us here at Crawford Buick GMC, you are always ready for a new exciting adventure! This week, GMC announced some very exciting news. For the 2015 model year, the GMC Sierra will be available in a more off-road friendly version. Say “Hello!” to the 2015 GMC Sierra All Terrain HD!
Like the 2500HD and 3500HD, the Sierra All Terrain HD will come standard with a 6.0-liter V8. The Duramax turbo-diesel will also be available. All trims of the All Terrain HD will be ready for the trails with four-wheel-drive, Rancho twin-tube shocks, a skid plate, an electronically controlled transfer case, and hill decent control.
Along with off-road-ready gear, the All Terrain HD will feature the same technology and exterior features of its heavy-duty counterparts. The 2015s include:
- 4G LTE connection, IntelliLink, OnStar, and Siri Eyes Free for iPhone
- EZ lift and lower tailgate, CornerStep bumper, Duralife™ disc brake rotors, and diesel exhaust braking
- Cruise control, enhanced cooling airflow for better engine performance, and StabiliTrak with Trailer Sway Control
Luckily the team here at Crawford won’t have to wait too long to see the All Terrain HD in action since it will be available for sale this summer! What do you think of GMC’s heavy-duty lineup? Let us know in the comment section below!
